Wir waren zu dritt dort und hatten drei schmackhafte Ramen-Varianten. Das Lokal ist recht eng und dadurch meistens auch prall gefüllt, eine Reservierung ist schon besser.

Very nice Ramen shop with some vegan options - Edit
Shin Ramen is a very nice, bustling and likely authentic place. You can sit both inside in the restaurant or outside on the street, which is not quite as busy as its location in the center of the city, close to the train station, would suggest.

Vegan at Shin Ramen - Edit
In one week I’ve tried their miso-vegan (broth has mild spice added to it) and shouyu-vegan aburasoba (no broth) and both dish are tasty, it hit the spot. I learned that Shin has 2 locations in Hannover but I’ve only been to this one. Recommended!

The ramen was soooo good! I had the vegan TanTan Ramen and it was absolutely delicious! I was a bit afraid that the Chili oil would bei too hot for me, so the kind owner put it in a little extra bowl so that I could could add it by my own. The flavour was really really good and I loved it. It's very crowded and not so comfy, but If you're hungry and want good food, this is your place to go.

Most of the Ramen dishes are also offered vegan and they are amazingly delicious. Well, at least the Shirunashi Tantan which I had :)
Read moreDuring lunch time the place is pretty crowded and it can happen that you have to wait for a free table. Also the place is not really cozy. But the food's good so it's worth it!

Japanisches Restaurant mit der Hauptattraktion: Ramen. Nahe Hauptbahnhof, direkt an der Straße kann man sogar draußen sitzen. Super Bedienungen und größere Auswahl an veganen Gerichten, die auch deutlich gekennzeichnet sind. Hier werden auch keine Gabeln gereicht.

Shin Ramen hat eigentlich 5 Sterne verdient. Es gibt fast alle Ramen auch in Vegan und sie sind köstlich. Der Laden ist nicht wirklich gemütlich. Aber trotzdem: Gerne wieder😄#Veganuary
