Tofu shop! - Edit
A small couple-run shop making fresh tofu and other soy-related goods that are all delicious. Highly recommend the deep-fried tofu, and okara chips, which you can buy in packets as well. Japanese name is 柴とうふ店.

Soft delicious Tofu, hearty owner - Edit
Went there and got a Set (¥600) with everything. Tofu has the perfect consistency (for my liking) and you can season by yourself with soy sauce and salt.
