I talked to them about it recently, and they can sub coconut milk for most of the cream based sauces. We have specified non-dairy when ordering and they have made the substitution!

Good option in smallish Wyoming town - Edit
Happy to find this restaurant with food from India and Nepal...about 1/4 of their menu is dedicated to vegetarian/vegan options.
