Fantastic Vegan Options - Edit
Christina the chef is passionate about being a sustainable restaurant. Everything on the menu is local, reusable and or biodegradable. Her vegan options are plentiful. The falafel wrap is so delicious. I also was able to try her tacos during her Cinco de Mayo menu, 3 of the 6 options were vegan.

Fantastic offerings on a ever-changing menu. Chef Christina is happy to include vegans and always has starters, mains and desert for us. We started with a delicious flatbread loaded with local vegan cheese, onions and mushrooms, muah chefs kiss. I really enjoyed my Falafel and thoughts it was as good (or even better) as the ones I got from my favourite Middle-Eastern eateries around Toronto. My friend enjoyed her veggie burger and we agreed the fries were fantastic, probably best we had in long time.

We ate at The Sheardowns in Meaford today and it was so delicious. Vegans can enjoy full meal starting with soup of the day or salad or flatbread.
This season Chef Christina is serving this Pumpkin Risotto delicatedly spiced with curry and coconut cream. Omg. It was absolutely divine, creamy with roasted pumkin seeds, firm lentils, carrots, tomato, pumpkins and rice, its a full meal.
We finished with Fruit Crumble and Oat Vanilla Icecream. Omg. So güd
What a fabulous dinner right in our region 👌

Lovely spot with lots of options - Edit
This is a really nice restaurant and the owner is very friendly. They offer plenty of vegan options and are very conscious/ respectful of their vegan patrons.
