Unfriendly and unwelcoming - Edit
We were excited to try out this place. After seeing the city, feeling hungry we wanted to sit down at around 6 pm hr. It turned out they didn't serve dinner until 7.30 pm. We had to negotiate a time table with them to see what they could serve. We wanted the 15 euro veggie burger but that was not going to happen for another hour. Mind you the place was completely empty. And when the waiter checked with the cook we got a cranky no no. So disapointed we went elsewere for a veggie pizza.

Overpriced, disappointing - Edit
Food tasted bland and was way overpriced. Had a sandwich that tasted like nothing, had to put tons of salt on it to make it taste like anything. Place looks cute, but not worth a visit. Portions are also tiny, so don't expect to get full by eating there.

We stopped here for lunch while on our way to Novigrad and I made my partner come back for dinner the next night.
I love this restaurant.
The food is so fresh and everything is made when you order. Even the lentil burger is freshly made at the time the server rings it in. You can sit outside and watch through the window as they prepare your food.
This restaurant was a very surprising gem in a sea of not great vegan food in Croatia. If in the area make sure you stop in and order something.
Cheese in some food items can be subbed for nuts or other alternatives.
Pros: Fresh ingredients, Central location, Good food prices
Cons: Dinner served late (starts at 7:30pm), Parking can be difficult in the area

Prices they charged for the tiny portion was ridiculous , not worth visiting. Such a long wait on the food and very over priced ... Disappointing

Delicious aperitif - Edit
We stop in Sibenik after a tour to Krka national Park and enjoyed a great moment at She Bio Bistro.
Wine, cocktail and a mezze platte with hummus, beet dip and olives.
Everything was tasty and the spot is great, we couldn't find the place though, because there is not sign! :)
