Wonderful Vegan / Vegetarian Bakery - Edit
Wow I am so impressed with this place from the beautiful store setup, the incredible bakery products, and the helpfulness of the staff. Not sure why I can't give it 5 stars but it deserves 5 stars. I've had the baguettes, banana cake, sourdough loaf with raisins, Challah loaf, bagels, and the vegan cashew cheese, vegan peanut butter, and vegan jelly. All those items are vegan by the way. Every item just like the name of the place implies was... "artisan" quality. Taste and texture perfect, extra chewy in some cases from the high gluten flour, and every item looks artful, like it should literally be in a painting or something. Vietnam is a country that loves it's baguettes, but I was surprised to find a gem like this while I was staying in District 2. From my understanding there are a few locations now. Great prices. Highly recommended.
