Venice was tough to find a decent, reasonable vegan offering. After much searching we ended up at Sharky’s where many things were helpfully labelled vegetarian. We removed the cheese from the black bean burger but I imagine the bun might have egg and dairy as it’s brioche. We got the tofu Thai salad but it had wontons which again might have egg and dairy. Thai Bistro near the centre of town had a vegan menu and would be our go to next time. We just missed their opening hours. Nice location on the water, beach, and pier. The server was kind trying to help us. They are still recovering after the hurricane.

Black Bean Nachos Nachos & Fries - Edit
Food is pretty good! Currently (11/2/24) recovering from a hurricane so they have some limited options - I would typically get the veggie burger, no cheese- but I got nachos with no cheese, extra guacamole instead along with a side of fries 😊

Nice beach restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Great cocktails but sadly they took the vegan Creamsicle drink off the menu. The thai salad with grilled tofu is delicious! They really cook the tofu right! It's great to have the option to have it on any of the salads or bowls.

Good black bean burger with avocado on top, just asked for no cheese to make it vegan. Enjoyed the sweet potato fries and a mango lime fizzy mocktail. Great atmosphere and service. Next time we’ll try the rice bowl or a salad with tofu. Good options for vegans.

I got the black bean burger, seaweed salad, fries and mango mocktail. The black bean burger was just plain mushy. The rest of my meal was good.

This spot is low key, but with yummy food and a beautiful view over the water. The downstairs and upstairs have different menus , but they allow you to choose from both. The rice bowls looked very good, I had the Thai salad with friend tofu which was amazing! I got it because the first review and they were right. But chunky sweet potato fries were good too. Staff was super sweet and helpful.

Vegan options, awesome atmosphere - Edit
This is such a cool restaurant right on the beach! Great views and a good place to see the sunset. I appreciate that they have vegan options as well! They have tofu as a protein option that you can substitute for meat or seafood. The rice bowls can be made vegan by removing the cheese and sauce. The Ko Tao salad is vegan with tofu. I got the seafood rainforest dish over rice and substituted tofu for the seafood. Decent food!

I had an asian style salad and added friend tofu as my protein (grilled, blackened or fried as options) and a yummy orange creamsicle drink made with vegan ice cream. The tofu was delicious and crispy and perfect topper.
