A small vegan and raw food restaurant located inside the Shaolin Cultural Centre of Milan. Offers dishes prepared with fresh organic produce. It's also lounge bar serving non-alcoholic drinks, a tearoom, and sells various vegan food products. Since June 2015. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm.

A peaceful spot - Edit
I've been to the Shaolin State Of Harmony for a lunch, and found it really enjoyable.
They have a raw approach to food, deeply linked to their shaolin path.
We had two different mandalas for lunch, one sweet and the other savory, both excellen, and a delicious dessert.
The lunch was followed by a free mini meditation session.

Interesting experience but really extreme.
If you are not used to raw vegan food a whole dinner can be too much.
This said the dishes are astonishing beautiful. Really a feast for the eyes. Maniacally and lovingly prepared.
It is open only in the evening upon reservation.
Pros: beautiful presentation, intimate
Cons: too extreme, mostly mushy cold food

Astonishing experience - Edit
I had dinner at Shaolin State of Armony two days ago. Wonderful vegan raw food in a friendly, relaxed and warm environment.
We tried the tasting menu, offered for 35 Euros including
three different types of tea.
After two refreshing juices as appetizer, we started with two pleasing raw soups served with sprouts and hummus (the apple/cauliflower soup was truly delicious).
Our dinner continued with four main courses (a remarkable dish: the spreadable soft vegan cheese tastings) and several interesting, coloured and yummy side dishes: “Crick crock” (black cabbage chips) and “Rubino” (sweet/sour red cabbage with artichoke cream) were among my favourite ones.
We finished the meal in the best way with two tasty desserts: a good chocolate pudding and an excellent cheesecake.
We fall in love with this seasonally inspired menu, featuring flowers and fresh Spring ingredients in every dish.
All dishes were admirably presented, true amazing pieces of art.
