Good rice noodles - Edit
Small vegan restaurant cum tea house just by the Erhai Lake in one of the narrow lanes that serves healthy food cooked with natural ingredients. The rice noodles soup was delicious, served in typical Yunnan style with an assortment of 9 toppings. The fried version is served with mushrooms with option to add a herbal tea. The mushroom burger was flavorful, but was more bun than burger with the patty really small in size. The vegan mayonnaise serving was also very sparse.
