What an amazing find! - Edit
Shanti Beach was right next to my Airbnb in Ubatuba. I went there for dinner with high expectations, and they were surpassed. The menu was quite extensive with a variety of options, most of them vegan. I ordered a choripan and it was delicious! Probably the best I've ever had. The sausage had the perfect consistency, the sauerkraut was super fresh and the mayo was really tasty. Everything came together nicely and every single bite was amazing. The fries on the side were also great. Overall, it was an incredible meal for a fair price. Definitely recommended! #Veganuary
