Typical Indian unenlightened restaurant - Edit
Went there for lunch. It's open until 230pm. They start running out of items at 2pm. Plenty of meat items, so would not call it a veg restaurant although they do have vegan and veg on menu. You walk in and it smells fowl of meat. Had a dosa and a vegan plate. Total cost around 33 fr. Buffet is almost never served - it is only in demand. Costs 40 fr pp.
food quality was below average. Food was oily. Taste was suspect. No ambiance, service not professional. Took several hours to digest. The plate at lunch time included steam rice, okra, eggplant, and Chana.
There are a few other Indian restaurants in interlaken center, they all look the same. Not a healthy trend in interlaken.
Pros: vegan and veg offered on menu
Cons: disappointing quality, taste, ambiance.

Best vegan/vegetarian dishes in the neighborhood - Edit
Choosing this place was a great idea. :)
Tasty vegan and vegetrian dishes and really friendly service - plus a very cozy interior to make you feel even more welcomed. Already revisited once. :)
Pros: Inexpensive (for Switzerland)

They have a lot of yummy vegan food - Edit
I was there with a family, on their menucard they have a big varity of vegan food and desserts, its a family run restaurant. Very modern and clean! The owner is very nice and friendly. The food was the best indian food we ever had! We recommend it to everyone! Its a bit hidden place but worth to discover!
Pros: good value, fresh, excellent food

Yayyyy Dosas!! - Edit
There is little in the way of South Indian or Sri Lankan food in Switzerland, so we were delighted to find this family-run place. So of course we had dosas! They have lots of vegan/veggie options. Some things are not on the menu but when we asked, they made them or had them. To ensure vegan meals, I think you can explain and he [the owner and chef] makes it as you like.
Unterseen is directly beside Interlaken and you can walk there easily [and it has a nice old town to see by this restaurant]. Their website says that they are only open Saturday evening until 8 pm I think, but when we were there, the Saturday buffet just started at 830 pm, so the hours may be later than advertised.
