Small veggie restaurant near my new office. Went with a friend and tried the "lunch plate" which is rice with 5-6 dishes that vary from day to day. We also tried the fried noodles (炒拉麵). They had a spicy kick to them and it can be customized. By all means not a must visit place in Taipei but a good/inexpensive meal if you're in the area. No English menu but SOME staff speak enough to help you order (if needed).
