Delicious generous bao - Edit
The bao were still warm and super soft. I had green beans, bamboo and cabbage, all were delicious! It's cheap and the fillings are generous.

The buns were freshly made and still warm when I bought them. The dough is light and soft and the fillings simple but tasty (and generously stuffed too). We tried 3 types: green beans, bamboo, and a slightly sweeter red bean paste. So good!

Best bao I've ever had - Edit
My only regret with this place is that I was only able to go there twice while I was in Taipei. I love Bao, and this was the best I've ever had. Fluffy bread, tasty fillings. And so cheap! Staff didn't much speak English (and I don't speak any Chinese) but they were very friendly and worked with me. One warning: they do sell out!

Delicious and inexpensive buns - Edit
It’s been hard to find plant-based (especially tasty plant-based) baozi buns and though I’ve found some good ones, these are absolutely the best. The four baozi fillings they offer are green bean, bamboo, winter cabbage, and bok choy (I think green bean is my favorite). It’s a lovely, clean little shop, very inexpensive, and the owner is super friendly!
