Lovely place - Edit
With a very interesting menu. When we went there was only one person at the whole restaurant so dishes took longer than expected. Asides from that, highly recommended. They also make their own kumbucha!

Wonderful! - Edit
This modest new vegetarian restaurant has a basic setting but a very creative and interesting menu. It is a little out of town but it is definitely worth a special trip due to the uniqueness of this wonderful little eatery. They even have local rice whiskey and Beer Lao dark.
Pros: Very unique menu, Serves alcohol
Cons: Not entirely vegan, Out of town location
