Amazing food and service! - Edit
I have visited this restaurant twice now and left extremely satisfied both times.
The first time I had the Shamburger and Vegan Nachos, both were out of this world. My picky teenager loved them too!
The second time I brought my husband and we tried the Italian pizza. That was the best pizza I have had since going vegan! They also sell the crust so you can make one at home, they also offer take & bake so all you have to do is throw it in the oven!
Don't even get me started in their bakery case! Most (if not all) are vegan and so decadent!
Pros: Great service, Lots of options , Vegan
Cons: Price is a tad high (but to be expected for vegan), The large restaurant is not up and running yet

Shambala veggie burger is fantastic! - Edit
If you're in town make sure to stop in for the veggie burger. You have specify that you want it to be all vegan and they will make it with vegan cheese.
The cook is a vegan as well and we had a good conversation.
The warm kale salad was very tasty and I recommend that to anyone, it's a mix between healthy and very tasty.
ALL of their baked good are vegan... like 15 items!
Pros: Excellent food, Vegan baked goods, Free Wifi
Cons: Not all vegan

New Vegetarian Restaurant Opens in - Edit
This little restaurant is just getting started, but has an impressive vegetarian and vegan menu. Almost everything can be made vegan, which is really nice for us vegans, especially up in this area where there aren't a lot of vegan options. I had the Italian "Meatball" Pizza with vegan cheese and it was tasty and filling, the crust was great, especially for gluten free. They have a full breakfast and lunch menu any time of the day which I will have to explore next time.
Pros: great food, lots of vegan options, full and varied menu
Cons: a bit pricey, small dining area
