My new favourite cafe

What a lovely place to enjoy a drink and something to eat. They have amazing vegan options and most of their bakes and sweet treats are vegan too.
Their baklava and spinach filo rolls are absolutely delicious 😋

Delicious Iraqi Food

There are so many vegan options at this place 🥰 I had the pistachio yoghurt bowl with beduin coffee (delicious) and a pistachio kahi cake which they heated up and served with syrup and strawberries. Everything bursts with flavour, adorable cosy venue and friendly staff. Will come here again!

Pros: Great selection of sweet and savoury vegan options, Very flavourful , Lovely venue

Cons: A bit pricey , Service was a bit slow

Brilliant Iraqi cuisine a blessing in Norwhich

What can I say? Lovely food and drink in a lovely little cafe which makes authentic and delicious Iraqi food. The lady who was running the place when I visited was so welcoming and informative about not only about the menu but Iraq, who would even know that you can pick olives off the trees there? Sharing such little tit bits about Iraq, made my visit extra special.
The cafe food was brilliant and I discovered that a lot of Iraqi food doesn’t contain milk or eggs which are the two things that are often hidden in foods in the UK making life so much harder for vegans. I loved the range of different coffees on offer with home-made syrups and the cakes are mostly vegan too. It’s not often I go somewhere and I actually have a full choice of things to eat opposed to one or two poor offerings.
I had a traditional spinach stew with rice and the biggest cinnamon bun I’ve had in my whole entire life. I’ll be back when I next visit Norwich, I love these hidden gems they make me so happy and as a real foodie this is certainly a place that I highly recommend. It’s just a little café nothing posh nothing too much but simply authentic and made with love a beautiful place to go and have nice food either on your own or with friends and family. I guarantee you will have a pleasant experience😄

Pros: Service , Food , Ambience

Tasty food

A few issues with service - food took a long time to arrive & was lukewarm plus they got the order wrong & gave me normal bread instead of gluten free (luckily I checked). However, they rectified the errors & apologised (apparently the person in the kitchen was a trainee) offering us free dessert on the house so can’t say fairer than that. The food itself was really tasty & fresh (even the gluten free bread was good) & nice to have something different from the norm. Would definitely give it a second chance

Pros: Something different to try, Fresh tasty food, Cosy vibe
