We asked for vegan shake options and got handed a vegan menu card with a lot of interesting options, and ended up ordering a chocolate and an apple & blackcurrant soya ice cream shake - they were okay but nothing to write home about, too sweet to my taste. Plus I had expected a cafe-like place to sit down at but it's a tiny stand-up cafe and all you get is a shake in one of these horrible paper and plastic cups to take away - no wonder - who would want to spend more than five minutes listening to the *extremely* loud pop music coming from the radio...
The staff was quite friendly, however, and told us about the owner who apparently is a vegan himself - which made me wonder why he offers all these totally unvegan, unethical (conventional chocolate etc.) and possibly not even vegetarian shake flavours such as Mars bar, Kinder Bueno etc.
I'm sorry to write this but there is LOTS of room for improvement.
Pros: vegan menu card, friendly staff
Cons: super-loud music, no seats or tables, throw-away packaging only
