Very vegan friendly - Edit
I walked in thinking I would just get a juice, but they have a make your own bowl bar. I got mixed greens, zucchini, carrots, quinoa, avocado, with turmeric and ginger dressing. Super yum.

Largest Shake Cafe in Town - Edit
This newest Shake Cafe is huge, turns a place known as a hole in the wall to a quite large eating establishment by Florentine standards. There are many vegan and veganizeable options among the wraps, sandwiches, smoothie bowls, salads, juices and smoothies, and desserts. Hopefully some time in the future additional items such as brown instead of white rice, whole grain wraps, etc. will also be available. The staff were friendly and the place had a great informal and fresh vibe. We’ll certainly be back!
