Has a selection of coffees made using local filipino beans. Also offers wedding/function/private photography and professional surfing photography. Reported fully vegan December 2024. 2025.10: I went today and it still called Shaka but no longer vegan nor vegetarian. Had a nice smoothie bowl and they had some vege options.

Nice location overlooking the beach, easy menu with a good amount of choices and different varieties. We received the Mexican Set for 550p. Nice food and a good serving for two people. The smoothie we had was soooo yummy!

We love Shaka’s (Siargao) delicious smoothie bowls and coffees - and the scenery is unbeatable! The Bom Dia is our favorite, but the Cloud 9 Kook also deserves a try if you’re in the mood for peanut butter. But not to be missed is their AMAZING banana bread!
Read moreI’m less of a fan of their savory snacks and lunch dishes (such as the hummus platter and veggie panini),which are fine, but not extraordinary to me, hence the 4⭐️ rating. Nonetheless, it is 100% worth going for a tasty and peaceful breakfast.

I love Shaka but the prices are a little higher. We had some smoothiebowls here and they were delicious, fresh and had a good portion. The quesadillas were delicious as well.😊

Richtig richtig richtig guter Kaffee und leckere Smoothiebowls machen es uns einfach hier dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wir sind vegan und daher nun sicher Stammgäste, da es hier viel Auswahl gibt ☺️.
Das Statement, dass hier ausschließlich Hafermilch verwendet wird hat uns dann noch mehr überzeugt.
Während man aufs Meer hinausschaut kann man den Surfern dabei zusehen, die richtige Welle zu erwischen.

Great view, ambience and pretty friendly staff but everything tastes so syrupy/sugary - I couldn’t have more than a few bites of the already pricey (for Siargao) smoothie bowl because the fruit juice was soo sweet. The consistency of the bowls are also liquidy, not frozen at all. The iced coffee was also extremely sweet I couldn’t finish it. They also serve dairy so I’m not sure this counts as a vegan restaurant anymore?

The restaurant is located in a nice place but service crew wasnt having the best day and food was mediocre. I ordered a quinoa wrap and it was basically iceberg lettuce with quinoa and just a bit of hummus. Felt like it was a wrap from not a vegan place, 0 flavour with some lettuce leaves. Overrated

On the menu it says they’ve moooooved away from dairy milk to oat milk so the coffees are fully vegan now. I don’t know about the sandwiches etc though.

Been dying for a smoothie bowl since I arrived in the Philippines. Shaka has six locations and I was happy to see one in Siargao. I ordered the Bom Dia bowl and a Shaka iced latte and my partner had the Chocolate Monkey smoothie and the Ube & Mango Sticky Rice Bliss Cup. The food is good although way pricey by Filipino standards but I figured it was a good treat. Views of Cloud 9 are great as well.
