Everything was amazing! - Edit
What a fun place! The hardest part was deciding what to order because everything looked so good! We ended up getting a sandwich, Korean bowl, hash browns, 2 coffees and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was a 10/10. The flavor, texture and presentation were all top notch. I never would have considered the items that we ordered as being appropriate for breakfast, but they hit the spot and kept us full for quite a while. I can't wait to return to Buffalo so we can go there again!

So Exciting - Edit
Vegan places are few and far between in the Buffalo area so we were thrilled to discover Sevens in the Old First Ward neighborhood. The food is excellent and creative; the decor is fresh and cozy ; and the owners are warm and friendly. We plan to come back frequently!

We stopped on our way from Ohio to Boston, and can’t wait to come back! Everything about this charming place embodies goodness - the food, the vibe, the intentionality, the inclusivity…definitely stop by!

Delicious and Thoughtful - Edit
Amazing fully-vegan cafe with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and products.
Read moreFantastic laminated pastries (croissants, cruffins, etc.), buns, sausage rolls, and more, all made in house. They source at least one other business with their pastries.
I've tried every sandwich they have, getting all four at once and eating them with a group of folks. Everyone was fantastic and it was hard to pack a favorite. The fried eggplant with Wasabi and little something sweet is so unique and special, but the tofu Caesar is also more delicious than you could imagine. The harissa mushroom has been seasonally swapped for a hoisin mushroom which was good, bit didn't pack the same flavor punch as the others.
They make their own cold foam (and syrups) which is sensational. A real treat and definitely worth the $2. It's so thick and creamy and magical. It didn't melt away on a hot latte. The latte came with a spoon, which I very much appreciated.
Their website lists the other businesses they source from with a priority on finding queer owned, bipoc owned, woman owned, and local businesses.
Pros: House made cold foam, Croissants and Pastries, Flavorful WFPB sandwiches
Cons: Closes at 4pm

Sevens is a 10 - Edit
This place is perfect! Incredible pastries (we tried the sausage roll, cruffin, pesto pastry, croissant- all delicious), delicious food and drinks - had my first pistachio milk latte, so good! Cool space, and lovely staff! Already looking forward to my next trip to Buffalo!

Liked it - Edit
This is in an old factory building, which gives it character. The food was good and filling. I especially recommend the lemon poppyseed bun.

Delicious! - Edit
The Miso Eggplant and Harissa Mushroom sandwiches are divine. The pistachio milk matcha with cold foam is *chefs kiss*. I daydream about the lemon poppyseed bun - that custard… omg. If this place was closer to work, I would be here daily.

Nice fancy coffee break - Edit
A lovely atmosphere with a more gourmet menu. The chai tea was delicious. I had a side of an olive oil cake which was very good and I would definitely get again. There were several other pastries that I looked forward to trying as well.
Read moreMy husband and I got sandwiches to go to take with us to Niagara Falls and they were delicious - quite large and very unique and creative.
I would definitely recommend checking this place out. The only downside is that breakfast options were limited.
Pros: Unique and tasty sandwich options, amazing choice of pastries, friendly staff
Cons: Would love more breakfast options

So, so good. - Edit
Nitro matcha was absolutely delicious (and organic ceremonial grade), just sweet enough and so smooth. Breakfast sausage rolls were PHENOMENAL I actually went up and got a second. Atmosphere is comfortable, and staff was excellent. 100% will be back and may need to bribe the owner for the sausage roll recipe 🫣. Truly hope they stick around! Can’t wait to try the other menu items!

Vibes are here but prices maybe not - Edit
The interiors aesthetic is wonderful and the staff very friendly. The matcha is quite expensive and is good, but not impressive.
Read moreVery happy this place exists, but maybe I have been blessed with too many great vegan places across the world that this doesn’t stand up to much

Sad, to leave only 3 stars when you didn’t even eat here. Especially since this is a new all-vegan business. Let’s not forget why we’re here..

Potential for Great Future - Edit
Everyone is rightfully excited to have a new vegan business in the Old First Ward, as options are slim pickings over here. Unfortunately baked goods sell out fast and right in front of you while you're in line. Cookies are pretty basic but the buns were very delicious. Looking forward to when it slows down and I can grab some lunch.
