Some of the best vegan options in town - Edit
Seven has the best, most creative, vegan sushi in town by far! It's not obvious from the menu, but anything with tempura batter that is otherwise vegan can be made vegan, you just have to ask for the egg-free batter. This includes the tempura sweet potato fries appetizer (minus one of the sauces), the ziggy stardust roll (so good), and the seraphim roll. The galligator roll is also a go-to. I haven't tried much else since I always want to re-order these options!

Nothing like a yummy miso soup and some delish sushi. I’m stoked about their menu with vegan accommodations:)

I was just there and asked about the Miso. Server informed me they use fish sauce for that but she was not that convincing though.
