Seven Shores Urban Market and Cafe

Vegetarian friendly for sure (not sure about vegan) I had the vegetarian spring rolls and the salad of the day which was a Beet Rhubarb Salad with balsamic vinegrette. It came with 2 fresh spring rolls cut in half (which they call four) but I was full afterward. Love that you can pour your own water and the dark roast coffee was delightful.

The food was really good and really fast. The people were very nice and very helpful. There is a wide variety of diet options (vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore) that makes it easy for anyone to eat there and have a good time! They have daily specials and some baking (the tarts were especially delicious). Also they have a little grocery section where you can grab a few things after your meal or get a prepared meal to go. Over all it was a very good meal in a beautiful quaint environment, I quite enjoyed it.

I have been going to 7 shores for the past 2 years and have never gotten anything but the best service! All of the staff is incredibly friendly and will accomdate almost any nutritional need.
I also have been ordering the food boxes for over a year now and the owner Sean has been wonderful accomodating specific requests and answering any questions that i have had concerning products.
Also as a local musician it is a great little place to go to find out about other cultural events going on in hte community as well as just being a really friendly, safe, inviting place to sit and work or relax. I don't think there's ever been a time in the past 2 years where I have been to 7 Shores and not met someone new who has either mde me aware of a event/resource in the KW community or who I haven't later become aquaintances with.
I guarantee you if you go there enough you will feel like I do, like one of the 7 Shores family.
