Lattes were expensive and not worth the extra cost of flavor inclusion (couldn't detect flavors in separate drinks). Hopefully just an off day cause their drinks are the most expensive I've experienced in the city.

Wowww! Got a chance to try the infamous tahini and olive oil cookie before heading out of town, which did not disappoint! It's so thick and luxurious, good for something classic with twist. There is a bit of bitterness but that's to be expected with the tahini. Also tried a vanilla lavender latte with oat milk which was really good as well. I'll definitely be back when I'm in New York next!

About the vegan chocolate chip cookie… - Edit
Finally got a chance to check out this gooey vegan chocolate chip cookie I keep seeing on my IG feed. I guess you have to catch them when they’re fresh out of the oven, because mine wasn’t gooey. It tasted fine and it isn’t a bad cookie at all. My hopes were just up that I could get that IG worthy pic.

This is a small coffee shop with really good coffee and a few vegan sweets. There are some places to sit—though this location it is not as roomy as the Eastside branch of 7 Grams. In case this place is packed, note that there is another coffee shop one block south (Variety Coffee Roasters) that also has some vegan sweets to go with your coffee.

Come for breakfast, had an oat milk latte and a vegan chocolate cherry scone. The coffee was good, but the scone was what really stole the show! I’ve never had a better vegan scone anywhere. Definitely recommend for a yummy breakfast or snack.
