Very good place and reasonably priced cafe - Edit
It was well after lunch, so we were hungry. Quite a few options if you are vegetarian or vegan in Fortune Centre. A small place with casual sitting.
Read moreVegan Laksa - The noodles cooked perfectly. The soup could have been a bit more spicy. The soup also had a grainy texture rather than a smoother consistency we expected. The veggies and protein was good.
The Vegan Chicken Rice - the quintessential Singaporean favourite. The rice was good, the pieces of vegan chicken was a bit dry. The pickle and green beans good. The hot sauce was again a bit mild. There was a bowl of broth/soup given which needed to be little more seasoning
The Satay Sticks - the meat part very good. Freshly fried and crispy. Well seasoned. The Satay sauce would have been nice if it was a bit more spicier and smoother.
The staff is friendly and service good. The inside is clean simple. Overall a bit more seasonings and spice and smoother textures in dips and soups would have been perfect for us.
Pros: All vegetarian menu, Most of the items are vegan
Cons: A little more smoother soups and sauces

Coming for the Sweets - Edit
We only ever tried the sweets as they offer different vegan cupcakes, cakes, brownies, etc. This time around a cupcake with cookie and cream, which was good. Texture wasn't great though, it fell apart rather quickly and the plastic is a bit too much.

Friendly staff - Edit
Friendly staff but I, unfortunately, did not enjoy the Laksa I ordered. I feel it didn’t really have much flavor which is a shame as laksa I’ve had in the past is very flavorful. I would certainly try other items on the menu as I’m sure other things are good.

Local Fare, Vegan Options for Bakes - Edit
Allium-free vegetarian eatery at Fortune Centre, brought to us by the team behind Hot Cakes Vegetarian! Their savoury menu is fully vegan and features tasty local fare, with some newly added dishes such as Kambing Soup. For their drinks, they have both vegan and non-vegan options, and for their desserts, the eggless cake slices contain dairy while the cupcakes are vegan (not my favourite though). Would be amazing if the eatery can be converted to being fully vegan! Few minutes' walk from Bencoolen MRT or Bugis MRT.

Fabulous Food, Cracking Coffee - Edit
I was more than pleasantly surprised by how good the food, and especially the coffee was here. Of the former, the nasi lamek provided a great range of favours and texture, the Paratha was flaky, the bee pisang was tasty and the vegan kaya toast was a wonderful bonus. I would certainly be happy to come back here a sample more from what was a varied menu.

Seva, Singapore - Edit
Server states their food is all vegan, drinks are not. While not 100%, food is mostly starch and sauce and contains little nutrition. Drinks regrettably are pre-mixed with sugar.

No worrys, the baby bovines only die when you eat their stolen milk, not when you drink it! 🤪 Vegan for the money, murder for the cows. Misusing the term seva, meaning service, not forced animal slavery.

Kaya toast wasn't for me - Edit
Admittedly I only came here to try the kaya toast and I'm not sure what I was expecting but I wasn't the biggest fan. It essentially just seemed like toast with an incredibly sweet spread inside. (Which might be what normal kaya toast is anyway) I didn't try any of their other dishes so can't say if they're good or not. Located on level 3 of fortune centre.
