Serveral vegan options

Where came in for a quick bite and some shelter from the rain. The staff was very friendly. They have several vegan options on the menu. We orderen cajun fries and falafel bites. The falafel bites where ok, tiny bit dry. The fries where a bit cold and tastless. The tea we orderen came in paper take away cups

Pros: Friendly staff, Serveral vegan options on the menu

Cons: Cold food

Great vegan options and brilliant atmosphere

Went there twice. Once after a huge wall and had the falafel burger and chips. Tasty, huge portion and friendly staff who got us in quick.

The next time was for my partners birthday. Friendly staff got us a good table and we ordered the vegan lasagne, garlic bread and deep friend haggis. All hearty tasty food. Big portions and obviously cooked with a bit of thought into vegans and what they might want out of a pub in the highlands. Really great - absolutely loved it.

There was a vegan curry too but we didn’t try that!

Pros: Good pub food, Atmosphere was lively and fun, It’s bang in the middle of the Cullin Mountains

Savoureux

Limited choice

There were two vegan choices on the menu: falafel & spinach in a brioche bun or Penang curry, which we both had. Served with white rice and mini poppadoms, quite tasty but a bit lacking in substance, mostly green beans, cauliflower and peas.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Limited vegan options, Quite pricy for what you got.

Helpful staff good location

There were a few vegan options on the menu. The chef adapted food for my vegan child which was massively helpful. A few vegan options were available including desert (sorbet)… vegan beers. The staff were really helpful and kind even though it was busy.

Pros: Some vegan options, Friendly and helpful staff, Good atmosphere

I ordered vegan. They served me meat.

After the waiter went to check availability for me I ordered the haggis starter/lite bite off the vegan menu. I was very exited, not had haggis before. When it arrived it was the main not the lite-bite but I decided to accept that rather than wait again. Ater I'd eaten some I began to worry that that wasnt the only part of the order they had messed up and called over the waiter. I could tell by his face he knew straight away it was the meat version he had served me but still took it away to check. When he came back he had no choice but to admit it. He said sorry then made a big play about how I wouldnt be charged for my meal(!) He also knocked a couple of the beers we had had before eating off the bill. But I was in tears. I just hit the bathroom but was too upset to do anything after that but leave. We just paid what they asked for and got out of there.

nice surprise with 4 vegan options

I was nicely surprised as I only popped in for a coffee. They have 4 vegan meals. The burger was very tasty, the chips were amazing. And the chilli was ok, nothing out of this word but after walking the fairy pools, a plate full of rice and beans is exactly what you need. They also had soya milk for drinks.

Pros: Quite a few vegan options
