Muy buena comida Vegana - Edit
La comida es muy rica, pero algo grasosa en ciertos platillos, sin embargo hay opciones qué son saludables. En general es el único restaurante vegano en ensenada y creo que vale la pena apoyarlo. Mi recomendación es la torta de chilaquiles, la Porción es grande como para dos personas.

Wonderfully Creative Menu and Setting - Edit
The setting is first thing to you notice here. It is as close as you can get to being literally on the beach, located in a food complex made entirely of shipping containers. It’s fun and creative. We absolutely loved that.

We had an absolutely wild child that night and the waiter was so patient and accommodating with us. They had a stack of games for people to play. Highly recommended.
On the menu they say this is not fast food. It would fit in well with the slow food moment.

My family and I had lunch here in April 2025. We had the most wonderful meal and got to sample a lot of different dishes and beverages. Everything was fantastic. The frittata had a wonderful flavor and a slightly chewy texture, most likely from garbanzo bean flour. The corn tortillas served with it were handmade and flavorful. The flautas were perfectly cooked and sitting on green sauce. The Tacoflower was filled with chunks of battered and perfectly fried cauliflower.
Read moreThe menu is only in Spanish, but we used Google to translate into English on our phones. The photos you see of the menu are from those translations. Our waitress could speak English and answered any questions we had.
During the entire lunch service from about noon until almost 2:00 p.m. our party of seven was the only guests dining here. There were only two people working here. Our server made the drinks and helped the chef who meticulously prepared our meals with such care that everything was absolutely delicious. You can watch them working in the open kitchen and the outdoor seating was pleasant.
Vegan community, this place deserves our support so please check the place out! You won't be disappointed. I wish I lived near Seta Rosa. I know I would be a regular customer.

I went here with a group of 6 on Friday, April 25, 2025 and we had an amazing assortment of food and drinks!

We also had the Aztec tempeh, burrito negro, cauliflower taco, flautas, and mushroom taco. All the food was so good! Also it's made to order from scratch but the weather was so nice and ambiance was nice so we had no issue waiting for such yummy food!

By far my favorite vegan spot in Ensenada. The food is really really tasty and reasonably priced. The menu also seems to be updated frequently which makes it a great place to come back to. Their Horchata was the best I've ever had!

I first came here when visiting a few weeks ago. Now I live here and have been four more times. It’s incredible! I’ve had the omelette, hot cakes, burger, all amazing. The drinks are fantastic-the horchata is mind-blowing and the juices are great. Staff is amazing and the atmosphere is top notch. Prices are reasonable even after tip.

Seta Rosa was so good! We ordered an aguachile and tempeh a la plancha which came with rice and fresh blue tortillas. The flavors were excellent and the food was so fresh! I'm really happy we visited.

Must visit in Ensenada - Edit
If you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just like mushrooms, this place should be a must-stop station on your gustatory travel train. One of the few fully vegan establishments in the area, the dishes I tried were unique and “muy sabrosa.” It’s in the back, off the main road. The proprietors were super friendly. Good food, good atmosphere, good vibes.

My boyfriend and I got the Cauliflower and mushroom tacos. They were wonderful, and larger than expected. The cauliflower tacos have a pickled cabbage on top and are served with a Chipotle Mayo style dip. The mushroom tacos have sliced apples and greens on top and come with hot sauce. We also tried both their deep fried almond and pistachio ice creams. Wow! Sooo flipping good.
