Great addition to Omaha vegan offerings! - Edit
Several options on the menu can be made vegan, and they are phenomenal! Nachos were excellent, though I recommend asking for the cheese sauce on the side if taking to go as the chips like to absorb it and get a little soggy. The smashburger comes with the option of either an Impossible patty or a black bean burger. Great to see some fresh vegan items in Omaha!
