Incredible Top Restaurant Quality Food & Home Experience - Edit
This experience was so incredible I went back 4 days later to have it again. The food is exceptional. This rates as one of the best food & dining experiences I've ever had. The quality, flavour and presentation is equal to top restaurant fine dining. Daniele manages to mix flavours together that you wouldn't expect to go well, but they do. The love and care that goes into the food and the experience can really be felt. The dining area is set beautifully and it feels like a warm home environment but with top restaurant style food. I'd visit all the time if I lived locally. I highly rate this and recommend to vegans and non vegans. Everything was 10/10 including the company of Daniele and Lorena.

Worth the Detour! - Edit
Chefs Daniele and Lorena hosted a beautiful evening! Each course was delicious — the pistachio tart was incredible. An absolute gem for vegans and those interested in plant forward dining. It was a lovely gathering of locals and tourists.

This home restaurant (table d'hôte) serves probably the best food you will get in Sardinia, offering an overall fantastic, convivial dining experience. And it's 100% vegan 😃

One of the best meals ever - Edit
Not only one of the best meals I’ve ever had but also one of the best dining experiences. We went in August 2023 (I don’t know why it took me almost a year to write a review) with our two children and the hosts could not have been more welcoming, kind, warm and extremely talented in the kitchen! There were several courses and everything was absolutely delicious. It’s all made with such care and love that it qualifies as haute cuisine. Daniele and his partner are just wonderful people. It takes a special generosity of spirit to welcome strangers into your home and feed them.

Daniele and Lorena's home dining experience is worth every single cent. The atmosphere, the team and the delicious food (5 courses) are simply wonderful. Make sure to book your seats in advance, as this is not a regular restaurant. Highly recommended!

Hi, I'm very sorry for your discomfort and for your negative experience. However, I find somewhat inappropriate to review a restaurant business without even having tried it. Unfortunately you focused on the opening hours, which I can't change at the moment, but I'm working on it. But you ignored the fact that it is written down that booking is required. You ignored the fact that it is a home restaurant, as specified. Therefore, as all over the world, the home restaurant is a domestic restaurant activity with occasional opening. For this reason, booking is required and the dinner must be agreed with the host in advance. However, I am so sorry for the inconvenience and I really hope to meet you in the future and to make you try and appreciate our cuisine and our hospitality.

meanwhile it has been changed to "home restaurant" that wasn't there when I looked it up...
the opening hours are still completely wrong... I have my own bistro and therefore know that it would be quite easy to change it...
this app is supposed to share experiences and i don't do anything else - three stars are more than fair because i could have rated it differently given the amount of misinformation
but as I said, I'm looking forward to enjoying the next visit - so "Dude" what exactly is the problem with sharing and pointing out the quite confusing information regarding opening times!?!?!?

We had a wonderful experience at Daniele and Lorena's home. It's not only about eating delicious vegan food (that btw it's the best I've ever had in Sardinia), but it's especially about sharing ideas, life experiences, and meeting new people. Since they use local seasonal products, they change their menu monthly, so we'll definitely return to try new dishes and meeting new people (or maybe to meet again some of the guests who shared this experience with us, who knows?).

All I can say is- wow! We had an amazing evening at a vegan home restaurant @sesamo.e.mirto. Advance reservations are required but it was so much fun! We went to our lovely host’s home and ate with other guests, who we got to know a bit and then went out for a drink together after. I highly recommend if you’re in the Alghero area!

So many beautiful and delicious courses made of high quality ingredients and all of them delicious and balanced in flavors and textures made with great care and passion for food. You should definitely try it, it's an experience!! And the hosts are really nice! We are so glad we went.

Dining at Daniele and Lorena’s home was such a special and unique experience during my vacation to Sardinia. I’ve been vegan for 10+ years and this is one of the best vegan meals I’ve had. Each dish was well-executed, beautifully plated and full of delicious flavor. Even my non-vegan friend loved each dish. Daniele uses fresh ingredients that celebrate what’s in season, and I wish I lived closer to experience what he creates next.

We had an amazing night! We had dinner in the living room of Daniele and Lorena with two other couples. For us this was the first home restaurant we went to, but we absolutely loved the atmosphere!!
