Vegan options - Edit
Always fresh. Vegan bagels changes depending on the season. This summer very tasty tofu pastrami. In winter omelette good, tofu paste very bland.

Super fresh - Edit
You get to choose the type of bagel, so a plus for customization. You can feel they are super fresh and I must admit the vegan omelette with mushrooms was a phenomenal combination that made a great breakfast and just hit the spot. The place was packed though (can see why) so preapre for that.
