Serves meat, vegan options available. Small Sri Lankan restaurant serving bain-marie rice and curry. At least 4 of the dishes are usually vegan, check and confirm that none contain Maldive fish flakes. Has hoppers on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, which are vegan if ordered plain. Also serves various vegan curry options which change daily, such as dahl, devilled potatoes, mushroom, pumpkin and more. Some dishes are quite spicy. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:30pm.

Tasty but spicy Sri Lankan food

I had the rice and veg curry combo for $15.50. You can choose which curries you want. It was tasty but quite spicy! Double check that the veg curries are vegan though. They have a nice enclosed outdoor section and the staff are very friendly.

Today I ordered the vegan Kotthu Roti, and it was seriously the best I’ve ever tried. It was so tasty I had to call the restaurant and thank the che! 👌🏽

Take away vegan Kotthu Roti. This is the best I’ve ever had, including in Sri Lanka! I’m going to have this regularly at Serendib in Kingsbury
