Delightful Coffee and Avocado Toast at Sequoia Coffee & Co - Edit
Sequoia Coffee & Co delivers a delightful coffee experience! The coffee is of top-notch quality, and they also offer a scrumptious avocado toast that’s definitely worth a try. What makes it even better is their diverse range of plant-based milk options, and not only are they available, but they also bring a lot of flavor to the table.
An added bonus is their selection of Monin syrups, which means you can add a dash of flavor to your coffee. In a nutshell, Sequoia Coffee & Co is a fantastic spot for coffee enthusiasts looking for quality, variety, and taste in their cup of joe.
Nice Vegan Coffee Option Near the National Park - Edit
We stopped at Sequoia coffee co early in the morning on a road trip as we were leaving Sequoia National Park.
There are few options in the area, so we were happy to find they could accommodate vegans.
We found parking right in front and when we entered we were the only customers.
They are quite small inside with outside seating. The interior decor was nice.
Soy milk is available.
Pricing: $5 for 16oz (roughly what we recall pricing to be)
Vegan:
Iced coffee with soy milk
Caramel latte with soy milk
Not Vegan:
Chocolate latte with soy milk (chocolate is made with dairy)
We got a latte and an iced coffee. The lady behind the counter was not knowledgeable of veganism.
The only food that appeared vegan was fresh fruit cups.
When we were leaving we noticed the latte tasted off (it tasted like it was sweetened with honey). The barista advised that it was not sweetened with honey and that the chocolate latte had dairy in the chocolate. This was totally our error When ordering we mentioned we were vegan, got soy milk, but did not ask if the chocolate in the drink was vegan.
I was disappointed and he offered to make a vegan option. I didn't want to pay for another coffee and felt bad that it was my error so I stated it was okay and we could simply share my partner's coffee.
He insisted it was no trouble and he would make a replacement for free. I accepted. He advised the caramel latte with soy milk was vegan so that is what I went with.
We were very appreciative for the understanding from the barista and re making our drink.
The coffee was decent and in a normal price range. If we were in the area we would return.

Cons: On our second visit, they forgot to add the syrups
