Cheap vegan burger & tasty pasta - Edit
These guys do a big vegan burger for only 13 soles, which comes with a side of fries. Pretty tasty! If you're not vegan you have the option to add egg or cheese to your burger. On the second night I ordered the fusilli with an olive oil, garlic & chilli sauce. Again, a really good portion. The staff are really friendly & will kindly answer any questions about what is and is not vegan, as it is not labelled on the menu. The only downside is that they do have meat options on the menu- unfortunately there are no restaurants in Paracus that serve only vegetarian/vegan options.
overall, for the price (especially in comparison to the majority of the restaurants in the town) it's definitely worth the meal.
