Seoho Kimbap - Starfield Suwon - Edit
Only one vegan option so ordered the yuba kimbap roll. Was good. Be wary that ordering it comes with a free side of anchovy stock. I did not realise this when I ordered. Find this place in the upstairs food court of Starfield Suwon.

Pros: The yuba had a nice texture, Portion felt just right (for me personally), Value for money

We were nearby and needed some dinner and this was one of the options on the way and open. It was on a Sunday and around dinner time so it was difficult to find a seat as it is shared with other food shops.

Good value for money. Vegan kimbap for some 6000 WON. Good snack for when you're in the Starfield mall. It's located on the 7th floor in a corner.
