Delicious pineapple fried rice - Edit
I ordered the pineapple fried rice with vegetables and tofu, no egg. It was delicious, filling and came with a heaping variety of veggies. Funny thing is we didn't see tofu on the menu so we were about to leave lol. Wish they had more options but Huntsville in general is like that unfortunately 😕

Delicious Thai food with wonderful staff - Edit
This place is my go to whenever I visit Huntsville, the food is delicious and it can be made vegan so easily, just ask the staff and they can do what you want. The Thai ice tea is also delicious.
