Yummy Sushi! - Edit
Wenn ihr die Bedienung darauf aufmerksam macht, dass ihr vegan seid, dann bereiten sie alles dementsprechend zu. Das Sushi war richtig lecker und sehr schön angerichtet.

Best sushi in Karlsruhe - Edit
Preis Leistung ist unglaublich. Die Besitzer sind super nett und sehr bemüht. Man kann sich eine vegane Platte für mehrere Personen zusammen stellen lassen und auch sonst einfach mal nachfragen! Die Inhaberin hilft gerne weiter und weiß Bescheid, was vegan ist.

Just tell the staff you are vegan! - Edit
I told the staff that I am vegan (wanted to know if the miso soup is vegan) and they brought plate after plate of amazing sushi to my table, even though I was already sitting at the sushi train and didn't need it, but all the sushi they made specifically for us was amazing! (see photos)
Read moreThey told us to best call in andvance and tell them we are coming to eat with vegans/vegetarians so they can prepare even better.
Pros: They know exactly what vegan is, many vegan dishes that are not on card
