yummy bagel option - Edit
lots of vegan bagel options and sandwhich add ons too. bonus points that they occasionally have vegan pastries and most their drinks can be vegan too. if you’re gluten free they have a gluten free bread option too😄

Lots of options! - Edit
They have 5-8 options for vegan cream cheeses of all flavors!! Some are vegan right away but a lot of them, you just need to change the cream cheese to vegan. They also have hot breakfasts with Just Egg and v sausage. To save some cash, get the BLT lite or Coast to coast and you’ll love it. And of course, most of the bagels are vegan too😄

Seize the Bagel is our go-to when we need a quick breakfast and don’t have anything at home. We usually get their Coast to Coast bagel which is vegan by default (onion bagel, vegan cream cheese, avocado, tomato, red onion) - it’s so simple but delicious! They surprisingly have a lot of vegan options.
