Incredible food with big portions - Edit
Ordered the crispy tofu and cauliflower wings as starters - both were exceptional textures and flavours.
Read moreFor the main, my dish had fried battered aubergine with stir fried rice and a sticky sauce - incredibly tasty.
Huge portions - felt a little more expensive than other places but actually the portion size and quality justifies this! Friendly server who answered our questions and provided service with a smile! English was spoken, payment by card.

I had the tofu entree and the mushroom dish main, both were relatively tasty but the food wasn’t wow. Also there was no wifi which was a bit of a shame. Still giving it a 5/5 as the menu is all vegan though

Great Vegan Spot - Edit
So happy to find this all Vegan gem in Lima. Clean, mellow lil’ spot with great service. The BBQ Cauliflower and Mushroom Seitan bowl were delicious and filling. They do have cocktails, mocktails, and desserts as well. And clean restrooms.

Everything is fully vegan, and their seitan is made in-house. The Seitan popcorn chicken was delicious but could be less sweet. I was not a fan of the mashed potatoes; they were too salty and mushy (no chunks)! I enjoyed my herbal lemonade, and the lemon tart/custard was alright.! The ambiance was ok, but the music was too loud and obnoxious. It would be great if they dressed it up to meet their prices by adding some candles or flowers on each table. It’s great they offer lots of vegan protein dishes. However, the service in our second night going was terrible. They never checked on us or posted attention to us at all. They acted like they were angrier and just wanted to go home. The burgers were also lukewarm and very dry. Not worth the money at all. It’s a bummer.

Okay selection of food, most things taste pretty similar. Tofu dishes lack salt, others (incl. mashed potatoes) are extra salty.
Desserts were tasty.
Ambiance improvement suggestions: put a candle on each table, lower the overall light by 50-60%, change the music to instrumental tunes - or, if you want to keep the auto-tuned same-old-same-old mainstream hyper pop, please lower the volume by 50% and scoop out the mids (1kHz to 3kHz on the equalizer) so people can hear themselves and each other talk.

I was wishing to spend my last night in Lima in a more high-end location to where I’d been eating before and thought I’d stumbled on a great find, but it was sadly an uncomfortable meal. Lovely, laid back place, full of locals, we were the only tourists there, which was an endorsement for me, they have a menu with dishes explained in English, staff speak enough English to be able to order, even if you don't speak any Spanish. The portions are decent size and for a reasonable price, can definitely recommend and we're working out how we can come back here before the end of our holiday.

My go-to place in Lima - Edit
Over the course of the three weeks that I was here over the holidays, I probably ordered from here at least six times and went there twice. The menu rotates according to days of the week. They also have some items that are available every day. I never really fully understood, but they have two other places called Freak and Krunch, that make more fast food. On Mondays and Tuesdays they make a “Parilla for two,” that is a mix of different plant-based grilled meats, vegetables, and potatoes, along with sauces. Great place.

We settled the next day. The next time I ordered, they added two kombuchas that they missed in a previous order. Great people! #Veganuary
