Very expensive - Edit
We really liked the tofu bao buns. Also had the cashew noodles. Menu said it was an additional $6 to add tofu but they took the liberty of charging us $7. Tasted fine enough but 30 dollars is just too much. The spirulina guacamole was decent guacamole but had no spirulina. Just felt sort of ripped off overall.

Ok - Edit
I had high hopes for this place. The service was okay. I did notice how differently she treated others after I came in. It wasn't busy at all until I left which is when people started coming in. She even gave me the check when I barely started eating my dinner. She didn't ask whether I wanted dessert. I thought that was rude. She smiled but I felt like there was an underlying annoyance that she had for some reason. It was super overpriced for what you got. It was a mediocre stir fry and I made the mistake of adding the so-called chicken which added almost $8 to it. My bad. I should have asked but I never thought it would be $8. The entree is already $30. I had the potato and plantain gnocchi thing which was basically a stir fry. I would have rather gone to Natural grocers 5 minutes away and just picked up a bunch of stuff to eat. I don't think I would go back. They have a parking lot for their customers just FYI.

Another great Happy Cow find - Edit
After reading a bunch of good reviews here this was our dinner spot. All the employees were awesome. They do have a lunch menu and a dinner.

Great Option - Edit
Grabbed a late breakfast heading home from Steamboat, glad I got to check this out! The vegan burrito had a nice house made chorizo; my only nitpick there is that I wish they would’ve heated up the tortilla. Service was okay, seems like most places in town may not pay much attention to tourists 😂

Fantastic vegan options - Edit
Seedz had many options for vegans and non vegans alike. In a place like steamboat with limited options this place is a MUST TRY!!! everyone loved their food. The garlic soy edamame, korean cashew noodles, and banana chocolate cake were fantastic! Would rate 5 stars if i could!

Vegan menu, lots of options! - Edit
I was impressed by all the vegan options on their menu, it is clear that Seedz cafe has taken the time to create thoughtful vegan options! The smoothie and vegan burrito I had were both very good! Service was quick and friendly. This was such a great find in Steamboat!

Absolutely Delicious! - Edit
I love that this little place is owned by the chef, and that she tries to source ingredients locally and sustainably. Our waitress was knowledgeable about where the food came from and about being vegan. Most menu items have a choice of proteins after the main description, which I like as it doesn't assume that everyone wants meat.
Read moreI had the Korean Cashew Noodle. I wished for a bit larger veg:noodle ratio, but the vegetables were perfectly cooked with flavors that complemented the noodles and tofu.
The outside of the restaurant looks like a snack place, which belies the serious menu and the fact that you can get a drink with your meal if you'd like.

Sorry can’t give it 5 Stars - Edit
I know I can’t because they aren’t completely vegan. They have a ton of vegan options, great food, exceptional service and good drinks. Sorry we only got there once on our trip.

Great restaurant with real vegan options! - Edit
Thank you for the awesome service Gibson! We had a excellent meal at Seedz! I had the Caramelized Onion and mushroom sandwich and my husband had the Organic veggie bowl. My only recommendations is to add a top piece of bread to sandwich. It’s to messy as open faced. I loved the flavor and there were lots of mushrooms and onions!😋 The green smoothie was delicious! Thanks for splitting our drink! We will be back on next visit!

Great stop in Steamboat! Had the Buddha belly bowl and a smoothie. A bit pricey but very tasty and lots of menu options. Town is not super vegan friendly so this spot was a welcome sight.

We visited a few times. A little pricey and underwhelming after the reviews. 9$ basic smoothies. Lunch menu cheaper than dinner but still overpriced.
Read moreWatched an obvious non service dog get to enter last time we were visited which the staff didn’t stop and dog was obnoxious and out of control but in other visits dogs weren’t even allowed on the patio. Weird double standards that I wouldn’t patronize anymore.

Best vegan options in town - Edit
We loved Seedz and came here over 6 times in 2 weeks. We love that there is a whole vegan lunch and dinner menu, our lunch favorites were the vegan burrito, mango curry tofu bowl, and the chorizo lettuce cups. Anything with the chorizo is delicious! Our dinner favorites were the garlic edamame, mana pua (steamed buns with mushrooms) and the gochujang tofu with mushrooms. We loved the lemonade and guava lemonade, and the chocolate peanut butter ice cream was amazing. Customer service was wonderful every time we were there and highly recommended visiting this place if you’re in Steamboat!

Our favorite in Steamboat Springs - Edit
We ended up getting two dinners and a lunch from Seedz Cafe. While it's not a vegan spot, they do have a separate vegan menu so you don't even have to look at the non-vegan options.
Read moreThe lunch items we tried were the Avocado Caprese and the Philly. Both were served open face. We got them carry out so they're packed in boxes with a salad, our side choice. Both were good but I think the caprese was more satisfying.
The dinners were fantastic. Kevin got the Gochujang Tofu with Wild Hazel Dell Mushrooms both visits.
I got the plate with Kalbi Tofu, rice, and house veggies the first visit. The next time I choose the Siamin Noodle Soup and added the Kalbi Tofu. It's basically a ramen. You won't be disappointed with any of these dinner items.
Pros: Separate vegan menu, Unique, tasty options, Convenient
Cons: Gets really busy

Vegan breakfast heaven - Edit
They have a whole vegan menu with more choices than I am used to getting as a vegan. Had to ask for a recommendation and had the Creamy Polenta which had just enough of a spicy kick and tasted amazing. We got here at 8:00 on a Sunday morning and had no problems getting seated but I imagine it gets busy later in the morning. If you are a vegan visiting Steamboat I highly recommend trying Seedz for breakfast.
