Vegan food (just cows in coffee) - Edit
My hotel near by was charging $42 for a buffet - the usual mushrooms on dry sliced bread. No other vegan options except fruit and supermarket sliced bread😡. Around the corner is vegetarian (all vegan just cows in coffee if asked for). Overnight oats, almond latte and chocolate chip cookie (just so it’s over $15 to claim!!) 👏🏻👏🏻 It’s yummy too.

The BEST lunch - Edit
Honestly can’t understand why this place doesn’t get more hype!! It’s an incredible spot in the CBD. Fresh salads, bagels, bowls, baked goods, so reasonably priced. I went everyday I was in Adelaide! So fresh, delicious flavours, staff were lovely & friendly. Perfect spot for solo brekkie or lunch.

carrot cake to die for - Edit
The carrot cake is divine! Clear favourite and the best I ever had. Talking about baked goods, I also love the raspberry brownies, yum, and the banana bread! Moving on to the savory stuff: they have a plethora of different salads, all of them great and you can add a dressing (free of charge) and a veggie patty (you have to pay for) as well. My favourite is the Mediterranean and the creamy pasta salad. They also have a lot of different smoothies; I love the Big B.O.B. and the green one. To this day, I haven’t found a place that does the chai lattes as good as them! Also: the overnight oats are absolutely delicious, and I’m saying this as someone who usually hates porridge and overnight oats haha everything is made in house and they also serve nourish bowls which change daily/every other day.
