They have so many different types of cuisines. Loved all of them. Went there for lunch and really enjoyed whatever we ordered. I particularly enjoyed the chikn and the fried icecream.

Holy smokes this menu is borderline overwhelming. But that’s not a bad thing at all. I’d love to come back and try everything. But it was breakfast time, so I went for the Ventura omelette. It’s was delicious! It’s been ages since I’ve had like a diner style omelette. One downfall was the toast. It was rock hard and pretty much inedible. Great staff a ton of variety, would love to come back and try more.

They have such a big menu full of surprises! The fish and chips, chili cheese fries, sushi rolls, hot dogs...oh my gosh. I love that at seed ranger i don't have to ask if they offer vegan. Plus they sell special items like cheeses and lots of vegan candy bars and jerky. It's worth every penny!

I have had wonderful comfort food before and I’m always happy when I can find it, but this place offers over 100 different items from breakfast to “shrimp” po boy sandwiches and it’s all made to order.
The cafe is in one of the most out of the way locations off Johnson Road in Ventura, and it appears that they are the last surviving restaurant in what was once a thriving food court, so make your day and satisfy your appetite at Seed Ranger.

We were driving through Ventura and needed good vegan food! My husband found Seed Ranger and they seemed to have something for all of us so we decided to stop by. So glad we did! Our food was amazing! I got the Golden Cali Roll! It was delicious and nice to have a sushi option that wasn’t just avo roll. That’s what my son got through! It was also delicious and they didn’t skimp on avo! Husband got the buffalo chicken sando. Also delicious! We also got some yummy candy bars that reminded me of Twix and Heath bars! Such a fun treat!

This place is incredible! The menu is HUGE, and everything we got was amazing. If you’re like us and have a hankering for several random items, this is the perfect place. We got a sushi roll (huge!), potato taquitos, a crispy shrimp taco, and French toast. 😂

There is such a wide variety of foods here that it’s hard to categorize this place. I’m partial to the Chicken BLT and the BBQ Chicken sandwiches. Both are served with hot seasoned fries that are also fantastic!

They say that a restaurant that has too large of a menu is not a good bet. They can’t do everything well. Seed Ranger does a very good job with the posole. The tuna melt was disappointing. All I could taste was melted cheese and an occasional pickle slice.

The beans and rice are sooo sooo salty as well as many of their other dishes. If they cut the salt amount down even 50% it would be plenty salty.

Our expectations were pretty low. Such a huge menu! Questionable other reviews! We didn’t know what to think. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed. The staff working were very kind, location was easy to find, and we really liked our food. Given there are not a lot of all vegan places around here, we would definitely come back.

This is the first vegan place I found out here and it definitely satisfied my breakfast craving! Their menu is huge and there is so many options! I got the bacon burrito, it was so good and filling, they even gave me chips to go & their hot salsa is soo yummy! Definitely try this place when you get the chance!
