Hidden gem with good vegan options ! - Edit
I visited with two companions last month after a hike. At first we weren't sure but took birds resting at 'Park Here' as a go ahead sign. The refreshing watermelon drink and subtlely sweet coconut flan were exactly what I needed for a snack. The others also enjoyed their meals.

Short story: it’s delish! Definitely recommend it. The vegan options are 5 stars even if the whole taco truck is not vegan.
Read moreLonger story: we tried the two types of vegan tacos, the vegan burrito, and the vegan nacho fries and found them all very tasty. My 8 y/o, self proclaimed vegetarian not vegan yet, thought the nacho fries had real cheese. It doesn’t seem like melty regular cheese but does seem like a cream sauce and is great. Everything was flavorful with good texture (we loved the crunch on the cauliflower taco-cabbage)! If I lived here, I’d eat here often. We even saw they had a vegan flan option but were out!
Pros: Good value, Excellent food, Hidden gem
Cons: They were out of the vegan flan, Seating needed more late afternoon shade

Read moreSuch a cute little truck. The crispy cauliflower taco was so good. Usually when getting crispy cauliflower from other places it isn’t very crispy but it is here! Paired with the sauce on top the flavors are chefs kiss. I also got the vegan nacho fries. Holy Happy Cow easily the best vegan queso I’ve ever had. I could taste the jalapeño in it sooo good. LOVED IT! The aqua fresco was super refreshing too.
I told the chefs I loved the sauce and he said it’s even better than the non vegan queso.

The vegan tacos are good. Rice and refried beans were pretty dry. Still, a nice option when visiting Sedona.

Amazing lunch spot - Edit
We got the vegan tacos and burrito and the horchata and agua fresca. All delicious and reasonably priced. They were also really sweet and opened up early for us - I can't wait to go back!
