Festive scones

Delicious clotted cream and jam, sultana scones. I’ve craved these since going vegan and was very happy to find them at Swindon’s vegan fair on Saturday. They keep well until the next day.
They also had plain and chocolate chip ones which I didn’t try.
I really liked the chia jam, which I normally hate as it’s so gritty but not here! It would be nice to see other jam flavours without chia just in case others are fussy!

Pros: Delicious, Good variety

Cons: Chia jam is an acquired texture
