I didn’t have a great experience here unfortunately. There is only one sandwich that can be made vegan, and it’s a breaded eggplant one, which sounds amazing, and I was really excited when I saw the “vegan on request” icon next to it. When I ordered, however, the girl at the register didn’t seem to understand the vegan option. I explained it would have to be no cheese and no mayo, but when she entered it in, she only put “no mayo,” so I reiterated to her that it should also be “no cheese,” and I think she only messed it up further from there because I was served a sandwich with BOTH cheese and mayo, and by the time I realized, I was already too far on the road to turn around and get another one made (we got takeout and waited like 40 mins). I think the staff should be better educated on what the vegan option means if they are going to offer it to customers on the menu!

Delicious salads and vegan options - Edit
Very flavorful big salad with delicious cashews, greens, and onions. You could leave the cheese out on several things. They also have beyond burgers with vegan cheese.

Trouble with vegan, but good - Edit
The best part of this place is its name. The food was good, but they had an $3.50 upcharge to sub a beyond patty. The actual burger itself was really good...it was a handmade patty and the mayo was vegan. But it was served with a gf bun bc the regular buns are not vegan and that was... interesting. It honestly wasn't bad but it was an adjustment.

I got the Fillmore eggplant sandwich (replacing regular cheese with vegan cheese makes it vegan, I was told by staff). Aside from peppers on it that were too spicy for my liking, I liked it a lot! My partner liked his Beyond burger a lot. Our only complaint was a long wait, as it took about 45 minutes from ordering to getting our food. We sat at the bar to be able to order immediately, otherwise we would have also had to wait for a table (we went on a Sunday at lunch).
