Super place to eat vegan foot - Edit
Roni is a great host in a lovely place. The food is delicious. She offers vegan food by default. My non-vegan friends loved it and so I did.

Cons: Why it’s not always vegan ?

"Cons: Why it’s not always vegan?"
Read moreBecause our five best clients are the most adorable cats who eat fresh fish daily. As much as we all love to eat plants, cats are carnivores and need animal protein to thrive. Everyone else who comes to Secret Garden eats vegan food.

The best vegan kitchen - Edit
I honestly loved every vegan meal I had at the Secret Garden. Roni is not only very skilled in what she does but as well listens to your allergies or dietary preferences. Don't hesitate to tell her what do you like - she will prepare a dish just for you! This personal approach is something I've never seen anywhere else and it makes it so speacial. The overall atmosphere of the bamboo house, the hammocks you can swing in and all-present nature is an extra bonus you can add to your meal break. Highly recommending!

YUMMM - Edit
We made and ate the most delicious vegan enchiladas and chocolate fudge cake here! Roni finds all kinds of ways to replicate non-vegan food completely from scratch. Best cake ever!

Absolutely Amazing - Edit
The food Roni prepares is nothing short of amazing. As a vegan I love finding people who understand vegans want more than just a mountain of rice and vegetables. Every dish is prepared with love and inspiring creativity. Roni herself is just a ray of light. Have one conversation with her and you will quickly see she is probably one of the most interesting people you will ever meet. The atmosphere of this place is magical. Grab a book and hang on the hammock with a glass of wine after your delicious meal. I absolutely love secret garden and would 100% recommend everyone to try it, wether your vegan, vegetarian, or not, this place will not disappoint. Promise 😉

Magic place - Edit
A magic place in a magic town. Secret garden is a charming and cozy location where you can have múltiple experiences: eating, cooking, harvesting organic fruits and vegetables, enjoy artworks and sleeping. Roni the owner is an experienced chef who cooks delicious Vegan and percatarían dishes, the ingredients are organic and locally grown or even collected from the same garden, and as a plus they are really cheap. I also had cooking clases to learn all the tricks and secrets and the experience was the best. Happy to be back every time I can.

The best food in town - Edit
I recently stayed in Mompiche for a couple of weeks, and had the great fortune of stumbling across this beautiful place and its wonderful owner, Roni. Between the assortment of homemade chutneys and sauces, Roni's amazing home-cooked vegetarian/vegan food (which never failed to impress me and set my mouth watering), and the stimulating and kind company of Roni herself, I could not recommend Secret Garden enough to anyone who finds themselves passing through Mompiche.

Outstanding vegetarian food! - Edit
I spent 3 months in Mompiche during the Coronavirus strangeness, and I enjoyed lunch almost every day at the Secret Garden, delicious vegetarian dishes with hand selected ingredients, prepared with ability, experience and love. It’s a beautiful and interesting place. Roni is wonderful! She not only has a super green, open and earthy place; she’s also really interesting, and we enjoyed hours of wonderful conversation and storytelling. I very much recommend at least a visit to Secret Garden in Mompiche! She also offers nice sleeping places with jungle views upstairs.
