The first all-vegan cafe in the city serves mostly raw options; also has gluten free options. They do not follow one type of cuisine. Eco-friendly as they don't use plastic wraps or boxes and uses glass bottles for both food and drinks. Follows Ayurvedic rules in nutrition. Recommended to try the Indian fried rice and smoothie bowl. Open Mon-Fri 9:00am-8:00pm, Sat 9:00am-2:00pm. Closed Sun.

Vegan food in central asia isn't easy to find. We were very happy to discover this place! The have some very good options and it's still a lot of local cuisine.

Amazing salad cake - Edit
I went there in the evening at 18:00 and they only had a few things left. We had samsa and the salad „cake“ and both were delicious. Sadly they already closed at 18:30 despite having a sign outside that it would be closed at 10 pm. But they let us sit there and finish our tea.

İt was very nice to find vegan food in Central Asia. I particularly liked the "salad" which looked like a piece of purple cake.

The only food in town - Edit
Khujand was hard to travel as a vegan. The options are very limited and this was the only place to eat. It was closed one of the days we tried to go which made the eating experience in Khujand even more difficult. The food was ok, not mind blowing.

Only vegan reastaurant in central asia - Edit
I did trip Astana, Almaty,Shimkent,Tashkent,Samarkant,Dushanbe. It's only VEGAN place as is Nov 2022.
