Serves meat, vegan options available. Upscale Spanish restaurant featuring tapas-style dishes, several of which are clearly marked vegan on the menu. Reported closed February 2022.
Sebastian’s Table offers only a couple of vegan options, but WOW do they do them well. My entire life, tomatoes and brussels sprouts have been two vegetables I just don’t enjoy, but after tasting their brussels sprouts and pan con tomate, Sebastian’s Table has convinced me that if there’s a vegetable you don’t like, you just haven’t had it prepared the right way. We gladly ordered seconds.
The vegan paella was jaw-droppingly incredible and tasted and smelled like high quality saffron. Churros are marked vegan on the happy hour menu, but not on the dinner menu. We went for them anyway. I would check with the server just to be sure.
