Serves meat, vegan options available. More upscale chain restaurant offering lighter food that's lower in calories. Menu is predominately non-veg but will modify its marked vegetarian items to be vegan when you request to omit cheese/dairy. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-11:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-12:00am, Sat-Sun 12:00am-12:00am, Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

"Big Restaurant" trying to do better. - Edit
Seasons 52 is owned by the Darden restaurant group--the same people that own Olive Garden--but you'd never know it to walk into Seasons 52. Their menu features some veggie items (clearly marked), and the staff was happy to accommodate my vegan needs by turning veggie into vegan. Seasons 52 was perfect for a high end dining experience for a family of multivores, and we'll definitely return.
Pros: seasonal menu, clearly marked veggie items, willingness to make veggie items vegan
Cons: pricy, portions on the smaller side
