Few “options”, but they’re good - Edit
There is avocado toast and artichokes for appetizers and salads if you modify. The quality was nice, but you’re relegated to the apps menus while everyone else gets elaborate meals. It’s like getting great seats to see everyone else have a good time.

Yummy, fresh, healthy vegan options, upscale Plaza location, great service! - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a vegan menu when we were seated. The location is on the upscale side, but comfortable and cozy. Prices were reasonable for the Plaza. The food choices were clearly labeled, including calorie information. There were lots of choices for all dietary needs, something for everyone. Service was excellent. Food was beautifully plated, fresh and delicious. This will definitely be on my go-to list for future outings!

Lots of vegetarian and vegan options in a great location. We had great service and the food was delicious. The menu changes every season, we had the summer menu and it was great.

Well worth going to - Edit
For an omnivore restaurant in Kansas City, this place really tries. They have a nice range of choices (see photo of menu, taken August 2016), and my waitperson was very knowledgeable about options and ingredients. The quinoa-citrus salad was delightful - crisp and flavorful without being too heavy. The taco was very good and provided a clean contrast with the salad. My grilled tofu was bland - nicely grilled but lacking any added flavor. The accompanying veggies were standard quality, not bad but nothing special. Overall it's a worthwhile option if you're looking for more upscale food in KC. They're in the high-end Country Club Plaza, which is a beautiful outdoor shopping area lined with old Art Deco buildings filled with America's version of fashionable shops (Gucci, Tiffany, etc). The Brush Creek walkway is across the street, and as a break from the August heat and humidity both the "creek" and the restaurant offer complete respite.

That is not a vegan menu. It is their regular menu telling you what to take off. Having to omit stuff makes it not that entree but weird assemblage of ingredients. For an upscale restaurant this is outrageous. Apparently they do not have a real chef.
