Great General Health Food Store - Seaside Oregon - Edit
We were staying in Cannon Beach (10/16/2013) and had few choices to find any vegan dining so, since we had a full kitchen, found Seaside Health Foods a great place to shop. They have a nice selection of canned and a few frozen vegan selections (not everything vegan). The cereal bins offered a great variety of healthy choices for breakfast.
The owner/proprietress was gracious and helpful.
We will definitely return on our next visit to the area; hopefully very soon.
Pros: Good Bulk Cereal Selection, Vegan Canned Goods, Pleasant and Clean
Cons: Few Vegan Ice Cream Choices, Limited Vegan selection in cold foods

Good Resource for a Small Town - Edit
This is a great place to stock up on provisions. I buy nutritional yeast, vital wheat gluten (they call it gluten flour here), tempeh, kombucha, coconut water, Earth Balance and other supplies here. They prepackage a lot of bulk staples, and there is a small bulk bin area. There's also a small juice bar in the back. There is plenty of vegan snacky junk food as well. The management is a bit suspect but the check-out people are very nice. Watch the price tags carefully. For some prepacked bulk items, it's cheaper to buy two smaller items than the larger in bulk.
