Banh Mi: favorite food from here. Nice and spicy. The jalapeño’s on it were extra spicy. Too much for my husband so I put them on my sandwich to spice it up.
Tempeh Torta: I liked the black bean spread. Wish there was more on it. The flavor seemed to be lacking something which is why I added the jalapeño’s.
I thought the sandwiches were decent, so I tried breakfast there the next day. I got the Breakfast Bowl with tofu instead of just egg. The bowl was ok. There weren’t many beans or tomatoes. It was mainly spinach and hashbrowns. Not much flavor. The hashbrowns are like a hashbrown pattie you buy in the frozen section of the grocery store. Nothing special.
Happy to have these vegan options. They used a fair bit of processed food and syrups.

The Bahn Mi sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. They make their own sauces and the fresh veggies on a perfect bread made it memorable for sure!
I always order extra sauce because I believe you should have it on your shirt by the end of the meal!
I went back to get a dessert! The Carrot Cake Cupcake was divine and fell apart in my mouth. Perfect texture!
They even have some house made jams and pepper sauce from produce the owner grows themselves!
Yes I bought some of everything! You should too!

Entirely plant-based food truck with great outdoor tarp-covered tables for eating. The banh mi was spectacular and the kale power bowl was as good as we have eaten anywhere. Totally worth a stop on the way to Key West!

This little food trailer is such a gem! We got the Cobb salad and the Banh Mi along with a mango smoothie and iced latte. Everything was AMAZING. I haven’t stopped thinking about that salad since.

They use tofu and marinade it properly and slice it thin. The flavor almost reminds me of a sweet and sassy molassy from strong hearts cafe in Syracuse ny. Such a good sandwich, looking forward to trying more.

The food was SO good and the atmosphere as on par. They’ve also got boba tea! The food truck was 100% vegan and has awesome breakfast and sandwich options. Go here! There’s even a cute, friendly chicken who hangs out on the premise.

This is my second time here. Last year I got the banh mi, this time I got the power bowl. Both were delicious. My dad got the fattoush wrap and a lime aid drink, both also very good 💯
